Welcome to LiT LiT Publishing! We believe stories live best when they’re shared — but we also need to cover a few important details. These terms explain how our books and services, including the Audible Heirloom experience, work.

LiT LiT Publishing creates and sells children’s books and personalized storytelling experiences called 'Audible Heirlooms,' where your recorded voice is woven into one of our stories. These recordings are for your personal use and are shared only with you unless you give us written permission to use them for marketing or public sharing.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party vendors. By purchasing, you agree to their payment terms as well. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

You retain full ownership of your voice and personal recording. LiT LiT Publishing retains all rights to the story content, design, and related intellectual property. We will never share or use your recording for marketing without your clear written consent.

Due to the personalized nature of our Audible Heirlooms, all sales are final. However, if your recording or product arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days, and we’ll make it right. This is extremely important to us.

LiT LiT Publishing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. All products are provided 'as is' without warranty beyond what’s required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
