We use this information to fulfill your orders, create your personalized heirloom, communicate with you, and, if we ask and you agree, share your story for marketing purposes. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Your data and recordings are securely stored and accessed only by authorized team members. We use encryption and secure storage platforms to protect your information from loss or misuse. Right now, we are using Dropbox providing you unique links

We only share information with service providers that help us process payments or deliver your products. These providers are required to protect your information and may not use it for any other purpose.

Because our products are mainly created for children but purchased by adults, we require that all submissions involving children are made by or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Please contact us if you’d like your recordings permanently deleted from our system.
